Within the EU there are no customs or import fees for shipping.
For customers outside the European Union, our prices are stated without value added tax. Deliveries to non-EU countries are subject to additional customs duties, taxes and fees. For more information on customs duties, please contact the European Commission.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. This allows you to track your order at any time using a tracking code. Simply use our tracking tool under "Package Tracking". Please note that we have no influence on the delivery process once the goods have been shipped. Please contact DHL directly for all questions concerning the shipping.

If you would like to change your delivery address, please contact customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Cancellation is only possible until 10am the day after your order.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to change orders that have already been placed. We cannot change the colour, size or payment method nor can we add or remove items from the order. You may still be able to cancel your order. Please contact our customer service team at email@example.com as soon as possible.

Repayment & Refund
If you have successfully returned your package or a product to PURISH, the corresponding amount will immediately be transferred back to the initial account of your payment. If you pay via Paypal, the amount will be transferred back to your Paypal account.
